Lease Agreement
Web Site Owner to Associate
  1. INTRODUCTION:   Global Web, Inc., a Nevada Company, has created an Internet environment known as Global Web (G-Web). The Associate has, by executing this Agreement, indicated his/her desire to participate in G-Web as explained to by the Web Site Owner.

  2. DEMISE AND TERM:   Web Site Owner leases to Associate the Web Pages (the "Pages") on G-Web subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this lease for a term (the "Term") listed above, commencing on the date (the "Commencement Date") listed below and expiring on the date (the "Expiration Date") also listed below, unless terminated earlier as otherwise provided in the lease.

  3. PAYMENT OF SERVICE FEES:   The Associate agrees to pay the amount (the "Monthly Service Fee") to the Web Site Owner listed in the section above as agreed upon with the Web Site Owner for the term of this lease. In the event the Associate has not paid within the agreed payment date, the Web Site Owner shall have the right to remove all of the Pages from G-Web and suspend the Associate's services. The Web Site Owner is responsible to submit payment (whether from the Associate or the Web Site Owner) to pay Global Web for its monthly services and G-Web account, otherwise services will be terminated.

  4. TERMINATION:   The Associate acknowledges and agrees that Global Web may terminate this Agreement at any time, immediately following the issuance of written notice to the Web Site Owner and the Associate, if in Global Web's sole discretion the Pages or any portion thereof violate generally accepted standards of good taste and acceptable business practices.

  5. CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION:   Upon the termination of this agreement, Global Web will remove as promptly as possible all of the Pages (and product listings) from G-Web.

  6. INDEMNIFICATION:   The Associate agrees to indemnify Global Web and Web Site Owner (including their respective officers, directors, agents and employees) against and hold them harmless from, all costs, expenses and liabilities arising from or related to the Pages.

  7. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER:   Should any provision of the Agreement held by a court of law to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provision of the Agreement shall not be affected or impaired thereby. The failure of any party to enforce any of the terms of conditions of the Agreement, unless waived in writing, shall not constitute a waiver of that party's right to enforce each and every other term and condition of the Agreement.

  8. GOVERNING LAW:   The Agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into and shall be interpreted and governed in all respects by the laws of the state in which the Agreement was signed, as they apply to contracts between residents of that State and to be performed entirely in that State. Except as otherwise provided, all rights of the parties are cumulative and in addition to any rights that a party may have in law or in equity.

  9. TAXES:   The customer agrees to assume full responsibility for the payment of all sales, use, property, excise, duties, or other taxes due upon sale of products and services related to order transactions from buyers using G-Web.

  10. NOTICE:   Any notice, demand, request or consent required or permitted by the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be given by certified mail, return receipt requested, or via Federal Express, to the Web Site Owner listed herein.

  11. EXPORT CONTROL:   The customer agrees that it will not export or re-export any of the products or services listed for sale on the Global Web without the appropriate United States and foreign government licenses.
